We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe as published by the delivery company however, please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.

We only deliver orders to mainland Australia.

If the item received was incorrect as an error on our end we will pay for the goods to be returned. If the customers change their mind or wishes for an exchange they will pay for shipping.

Returns

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Some guarantees in relation to the purchase of goods and services cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or exchange.

If you have requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however, please note that this is subject to stock availability.

When you change your mind

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to you to return your items for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.

Saleable condition means that the item hasn’t been used, is with its original packaging and any manuals, packaging (including but not limited to clothing tags) and accessories, are included.

Other

Subject to you providing proof of purchase to us, we will accept returns and provide you with a refund (refund will be provided using original payment method), exchange or repair where the item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the sample or our description.

The UFUVIC may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal data is deleted before return to the UFUVIC.

Items purchased UFUVIC online store may be returned via the post within 28 days from purchase or receipt of goods. The date the goods were received must be able to be proven beyond reasonable doubt.
